Jones Realty and Construction Corporation (JRCC) was founded in 1948 as a local, family business providing real estate and residential construction services and occasionally assisting clients with commercial ventures. Since then, the company has grown to provide commercial and residential real estate sales and leasing, commercial site selection, land development, commercial and residential construction services, and property management services.
L. Clarke Jones, Jr., began his career in his father's real estate and development firm, Jones and Robins, Inc., which was formed in the early 1920's. Upon his father's passing, Clarke Jones, Jr. succeeded as President of Jones and Robins, Inc. From Jones and Robins, Inc., Mr. Jones, Jr. formed Jones Realty and Construction Corporation.
As in most family businesses, as the family grows, so does the workforce. The Jones children grew up working in the family business where each one found his or her niche. Three of the five Jones children found their calling in the business alongside their father. Each spent a lifetime developing his talents and blending those talents to offer their clients the benefit of several lifetimes of experience in the real estate and construction industries. Now, Clarke Jones, III and Paty Jones, Sr. are keeping the torch lit at Jones Realty and Construction.
L. Clarke Jones, III serves as President of Jones Realty and Construction. Clarke is the principle broker of the real estate division, providing leadership to the real estate team. He lends professional and knowledgeable guidance to his clients in the real estate site selection and acquisition process. Clarke is also hands on in the construction division providing client guidance. A graduate of Washington & Lee University, Clarke is very proud of his Alma Mater and enjoys membership in the Western Henrico branch of Ducks Unlimited.
Paty serves as Vice President of JRCC. Paty applies his talents and love of the outdoors working in the field supervising and scheduling some of the construction projects. Paty's outgoing demeanor and knowledge of methods, practices, and materials make him a favorite among suppliers and subcontractors.
Jimmy is JRCC's estimator and project manager for all of our construction projects. Jimmy also has a lifetime of experience in the construction field building medical, industrial, restaurant, mini warehouse, and retail from ground up or renovation. Jimmy's innate talents and common sense guide him on his projects saving his clients time and money.
Kristy's primary role at JRCC is management and leasing for the properties represented by JRCC. A real estate broker since 2011, she also handles office operations in the real estate division and oversees small tenant upfit projects. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Kristy enjoys spending time with her family.
Liz has served as Accounting Manager for 25 years handling extensive principles of accounting to include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reconciliations, general ledger, and regulatory reporting. She also handles all subcontractor contracts including obtaining insurance information and completed lien waivers.
